About Reclaim Wellness Therapy
Reclaim Wellness Therapy supports sensitive, intuitive adults in healing, softening and finding their strength in a world that has not always felt gentle. Ruth offers EMDR Holistic Trauma Therapy and EMDR Intensives, blending: EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic and Spiritual therapy to support deep, embodied transformation. She also works with couples using Imago Therapy to nurture safety and repair connection. In addition, Ruth offers Restorative Sound Healing and Energy Alignment Sessions that invite the nervous system to settle, the heart to soften and the body to remember how to rest.
About Ruth Milsten, LCSW-C, RYT
Ruth identifies as a creative, sensitive soul who never quite fit into traditional boxes, and she considers that one of her greatest strengths as a therapist. Clinically, she is highly trained and deeply experienced, with extensive studies in trauma treatment modalities, attachment work, nervous system healing, and relational therapy. Ruth is licensed in MD.
She is committed to bringing skill, intentionality, and grounded clinical expertise into every session. At the same time, Ruth honors healing in its fuller sense, acknowledging the importance of spirituality, intuition, and ritual in her work.
She often incorporates sound healing, saging or reiki at the end of a session, always with respect for the client’s comfort and personal beliefs. Above all, Ruth is a devoted and compassionate listener, offering presence, attunement, and individualized care that truly meets each person where they are.

In her free time, Ruth nurtures her own well-being through yoga, creative writing, traveling, and continued study of Buddhism, Eco Feminism, earth based spirituality, astrology and crystals. She also cherishes time in nature, meaningful connection with loved ones, and the simple joy of being with her pets.
